To qualify for this free listing you should be making at least one product that is 100% whole grain preferably using locally produced grains and legumes and preferably locally produced Heritage grains and legumes. 100% Whole grain products should contain zero refined or sifted flour, zero added refined sugars and zero hydrogenated fats, and be preferably sourdough leavened.
